Rod has spoken. With all due pomp and ceremony last night, ManpanionTM reached into the very bowels of Rod and pulled out the first slip of paper….. Drum roll, please….
So… just in case you can’t read my dreadful handwriting, the task for this week is to “VOLUNTEER AT A LOCAL FOOD PANTRY”
I’ve never done anything like that before – and I’m pleased that my first project involves giving something back to the community – albeit a very small gesture. So now, I need to do some research and find out more about food insecurity here in Chicago and local organizations that are looking for volunteers. Stay tuned….
